Warmed Hearts from Coldplay.
Never in recent history in the concert scene here in Asia, had an audience continue to rave and marvel about the experience, for many days, especially in social media – than the recent Coldplay Asia Tour 2017. It seems that everyone who shared that colorful night of music, have been tied together in spirits.
Coldplay’s A Head Full of Dreams, Asian leg started in Singapore, at the 55,000 capacity National Stadium, multiply that in 2x nights = about 100,000 people.
It was the band’s 5th time in Singapore. Three days thereafter, the band trooped to the Philippines, for the first time where they play to more than 25,000 at the Mall of Asia Arena.
The world wide tour which started in March 2016, comprises a total of 60 shows slated in stadiums and arena across 3 continents. The tour launch started in Argentina in March 16, 2016.
The concert is a namesake of Coldplay’s seventh studio album A Head Full of Dreams features powerful and laser lights, exciting pyrotechnics and emotional visual supports, as the band played on 3 different platforms on the cavernous venues.
The audience were also made part of the overall effects as they were given Xylobands, the awesome wearable tech that enables live acts to connect with the audience. The result is an unforgettable and visually stunning show, and experience. You have to see it for yourself here.
A Head Full of Dreams concert is all about hope and liberation. The band’s current mindset is motivated towards a brand of arena rock that is both powerful and uplifting. The atmosphere is fun, positivity and over all, love of music.
Everyone sang their hearts out to Coldplay’s classics such as Sky Full of Stars, The Scientist, Yellow, Fix You, Clocks and Viva La Vida. They were treated to newer ones like the recent collab with Chainsmokers, Something Just Like This.
As we reminisce the experience, again and again, creating a Coldplay playlist, putting the albums in shuffle mode in Spotify and Youtube. We ask yourselves, when can I ever see them again?
